Terms of exchange and return

• Sold products cannot be exchanged and can only be returned. • Products sold from our online store can be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product is in its original condition at the time of receipt and the packaging has not been opened. • The warranty on accessories is for one year only, such as (wired headphones, charger heads, cables, screen protector). The warranty does not include device accessories and some accessories such as (protectors cases, broken screen protection, scooter tires). • Sold products registered in the customer's name, such as services, subscriptions, and recharge cards, cannot be returned. • The purchase amount cannot be returned in cash for purchases paid by shopping vouchers, credit cards, or through the installment service. The amount will be returned using the same method of payment. • 4% of the invoice value is deducted for purchases paid through installment companies (Tamara – Emkan) in case of return or cancellation of the order by the customer. • When a manufacturing defect appears within 3 days from the date of receive for Al-Haddad warranty products (iOsuite, Limodo, OnePlus, Nothing ), the product shall be returned or replaced with the same category and brand, provided that the original packaging and all accessories are presented, and that the product is free from any signs of misuse, scratches, impact damage, breakage, liquid exposure, or repair by unauthorized service centers. • When a manufacturing defect appears for Apple products within 24 hours from the date of receive the product shall be returned or replaced with the same category and brand, Provided that the iCloud account is cancelled, and the same conditions outlined in the previous clause are met, after 24 hours from the date of receive the customer must contact the agent. • When a manufacturing defect appears for products of other brands, the customer must go to the agent, and they are not included in the replacement. • In case that the customer requests to return the product, shipping fees will be deducted. • The return process may take 14 days.	• The original purchase invoice must be brought. • Exchange is within 7 days and return is within 48 hours (from the date of purchase), provided that the product is in its original condition at the time of purchase and the packaging has not been opened. • The warranty on accessories is for one year only, such as (wired headphones, charger heads, cables ,screen protector).
