Terms of exchange and return

Online Showroom

- Products purchased from the online store may be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

The product must be in its original condition at the time of purchase and unopened/sealed.

The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase.

The refund process may take up to 14 days.

If the customer initiates the return, the shipping fee will be deducted from the product's value.

Non-returnable items include products registered in the customer’s name, such as services, subscriptions, and software (e.g., Mobily, STC, Zain, OneCard).

- The warranty period is 2 years on devices and accessories, except for certain accessories that carry a 1-year warranty, such as wired earphones, storage units, and cables.

- The warranty does not cover device accessories or certain items, including Phone devices, screen protectors, and scooter frames.

- All products are covered by the authorized distributor’s warranty, not Haddad’s, except for some products under Haddad’s warranty.

- If a non-software manufacturing defect appears in the device within 3 days of purchase (for Apple products, within 24 hours), the device may be exchanged for the same brand and model, provided:

The original box and all accessories are returned.

The device or accessory shows no signs of misuse, such as scratches, cracks, liquid damage, or tampering.

For Apple products, the Find My iPhone feature and iCloud account must be deactivated.

- In case of a manufacturing defect in products from Samsung, Motorola, Infinix, Oppo, Xiaomi, or Huawei, replacement is not applicable, and the customer must visit the authorized service center.

- A report from the authorized service provider may be required in some cases.

- If any defect occurs after 3 days from the date of receipt, the customer must visit the nearest authorized service point to receive after-sales service.

- Devices purchased from our showrooms can be exchanged within 7 days from the purchase date, and may be returned within 48 hours only, provided that the following conditions are met:

The original purchase invoice must be presented.

The product must be in its original condition, unopened and factory-sealed.

The exchange must be for a product of equal or higher value.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used during the original purchase.

The refund process may take up to 14 days.

Products that are registered in the customer's name—such as services, subscriptions, or software (e.g. Mobily, STC, Zain, OneCard)—cannot be returned.

The original invoice must be provided.

The device or accessory must be free of misuse, such as scratches, cracks, liquid damage, or unauthorized opening.

The original box and accessories must be returned.

For Apple products, Find My iPhone and iCloud account must be deactivated.

- In case of a manufacturing defect in Samsung, Motorola, Infinix, Oppo, Xiaomi, or Huawei products, direct replacement is not applicable, and the customer must visit the authorized service provider.

- A report from the authorized service center may be required in some cases.

- If any defect appears after 3 days from the purchase date, the customer must visit the nearest authorized service center.
