Tax Refund Instructions for Tourists, Pilgrims, and Visitors
- Minimum Purchase:
The service is available for purchases of 500 SAR or more.
- Service Locations:
- Available at King Abdulaziz Airport (Jeddah) and Jeddah North Terminal.
- Not available at Madinah Airport or the Hajj Terminal in Jeddah.
- Refund Conditions:
- The phone must remain in its original packaging.
- Refunds via bank card are processed at Jeddah North Terminal and transferred within 3 working days.
- Cash refunds are available only at King Abdulaziz Airport, Terminal 1.
- Forms and Procedures:
- The refund form must be created on the Global Blue website on the same day of the invoice.
- If the invoice is returned by the customer, the form must be canceled from the Global Blue website.
- For GCC nationals:
If entering with a national ID, register using the ID number.
• If entering with a passport, register using the passport number.
- The form is sent to the customer via email, or printed at the store if no email is available.
- It is recommended to download the Global Blue App to track refund operations.
