This policy aims to ensure the effective and fair handling of customer complaints, inquiries, or suggestions in a way that guarantees their satisfaction and improves the quality of the services provided.

Communication Channels:
Customers can submit their complaints, inquiries, or suggestions by contacting the Customer Service Team through the following channels:

    • A ticket for the complaint, suggestion, or inquiry will be recorded.
    • The customer will receive a response to their complaint, suggestion, or inquiry within a maximum of two (2) working days from the date of submission.
    • Call Center working hours: Saturday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  2. Email (Customer.care@al-haddad.com)
    • The customer will receive a response to their complaint, suggestion, or inquiry within a maximum of two (2) working days from the date of submission.
    • Customer Service Team working hours: Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
