Customers can submit their complaints, inquiries, or suggestions by contacting the Customer Service Team through the following channels:

- A ticket for the complaint, suggestion, or inquiry will be recorded.
- The customer will receive a response to their complaint, suggestion, or inquiry within a maximum of two (2) working days from the date of submission.
- Call Center working hours: Saturday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
