Al-Haddad Shops format is a one stop mobility solution shop that provides, multi brand handsets, tablets, accessories, connections, repairs, VAS etc., all under one roof. Al-Haddad Telecom currently has over 80 outlets across 25 cities, thus covering virtually every major town in every region across KSA.
After sales service is a mantra at Al-Haddad Telecom, where our goal has always been setting the standard for after-sales services in KSA. Al-Haddad Telecom has 45 service points and 22 service centers across KSA to manage massive client volumes, in addition to 5 repair factories that perform all service levels.
The key element in these processes is attention to detail. Our maintenance centers are monitored and controlled daily by management for product turnaround time, bounce rate, quality, pending cases, delay, revenue, cost and gross profit. We also have stringent internal and external audit procedures in place to make sure that the service level is consistent.
The centers perform all levels of maintenance services, in addition to providing logistics and support like forecast and stocking of swaps/spare parts, training and technical assistance, distribution of spares, and managing the collection of phones from service points and dealer shops. The centers themselves are divided into a collection and dispatch area; a warehouse; a training center, a repair stations area, a BGA area; and a test & quality control area.
